I do not do this part-time. I’ve been a licensed Broker, not agent, in GA for near 20 years. I was one of the youngest brokers to receive the CCIM (Certifed Commercial Investment Member) designation. This involved over 225 hours of in-class instruction, 5 regional and one national comprehensive exam, and a documented resume of over 30 million transacted dollars of real estate at the time. I have another Masters degree in real estate finance, and over 300 hours of continuing education in the real estate field.

To me, this means I realize there are thousands of other real estate professionals in the metro area. I understand that you can buy your own yard sign, see and list your property on several websites by yourself, and probably know attorneys, family friends, and others that could help you in your transaction.
I guarantee my work. If I can’t produce quantifiable results for you, I am not doing my job. There is a reason for the saying that “10% of agents do 90% of the business.”
Time doing important things in one’s life matters! Get with someone that can create value, cut valuable lost time, and does the type work they would require an agent do if they were you. I treat people and answer questions and concerns like you were a direct family member.

If the real estate and stock market was that simple, we would all be billionares. Understanding your concerns and goals coupled with years of experience, almost always nets the best results. I have twin boys. I know why location to good schools, and sitting in unnecessary traffic is important. I help you simplify this major decision and process.
I keep track of my client’s concerns and help lessen the anxiety of the buying and selling process. Things like fear, anxiety, procrastination, family pressure, special situations at home, divorce, children, aging parents are just of few of the areas I consistently deal with on my client’s behalf. Meeting with me is the first step.
